Hi, I was wondering if you could help. I recently ordered the Cho Yung Tea free trial, then changed my mind and cancelled it within an hour and was told I would not be charged anything and not receive anything. However I have just discovered my bank account has been charged £50 by Cho- Yung, although I have not received anything and the free trial offer price was £1.99. You sound like you are employed by Cho-Yung Tea, could you tell me how to get my money back?
