I would honestly say that a 5% rating is good enough for AffiliateBOT.
The site itself is quite user friendly and very muck alike with the other forums in the net today.
However, there are only very few members in the forums that is why there are very limited categories and topics to be discuss on the board.
I think the popularity of the Affiliate network greatly depends on how much members it has in its forums.
Correct me if I am wrong. This is just what I feel.
