Default UK Laws on Email Monitoring
In the United Kingdom, there are a lot of rules and regulations that covers topics regarding the safeguarding of the safety of offices, establishments and government institutions from online crime. The laws were grouped into three mainly:

1. Computer and Communication-related Laws & Regulations
- these are enacted from 1985 - 2003, which are industry related

2. People-related Laws
- from 1959 - 2003, they are created for the protection of the property and welfare of the citizens from online wrong doings.

3. Employment-related Laws & Regulations
- from 2000 - 2006, for the industry and other related entities.

I wonder how do they enforce such laws....But it is good to enact such laws....I hope other states will follow suit.
