I wouldn't link to my 'real' website as you put it because that would be quite obvious link spam... Google will definitely penalize your 'real site' or downgrade it...
If you want to link to your real site, use the 'no follow' tag.
But if you're getting traffic to your domains, then put the form on your domains itself or put relevant products on there or something to monetize your traffic. Managing 1000 domains is tough at best.. you may be better off starting ONE site such as:
www.whatever.com
then whatever keywords you want or products you want to target, use something like this
www.whatever.com/target1/
that way, you have internal linking on your own site.. no linking outside. Plus, it's got to be easier to manage.
