Default When to stop promoting an affiliate program?

As an affiliate, you really can't tell how good a program is until you've joined it. After sometime, you realized that it's not worth joining or promoting it and decided to drop it. Here are some pointers that will help you decide when to bail out:

Avoid Spammers
If you're getting tons of spam directed to the email address you'd set up for a particular program, then this company is definitely a spammer. Drop it!

Inconsiderate Affiliate Managers
There are a number of inconsiderate and thoughtless affiliate managers out there. Their main job is basically to assist affiliates and get them rolling and not to burden them with a lot of things. Don't hesitate to drop the program if the program manager is irrespectful and inconsiderate to you!

Slow Payments
If a check is slow to arrive, contact the affiliate program manager and let them know. If the payments are often slow to arrive, it may be best to drop the program!

Commissions and payments are really sensitive issues on the part of the affiliates. Affiliates should be paid as what was stipulated on their settings.

Affiliate Support should be considerate enough that questions should be answered promptly.

AffiliateBOT.com has Affiliate Managers who are always ready to attend to the inquiries of the affiliates. We uphold the ideals of Affiliate Marketing, thus, one question - one resolution.

No doubt that there are many bad affiliate programs out there . only you should be able to seperate them . A well established affiliate program shows you several things. One, it is successful enough that it has been able to stay around for years, and two, affiliates are happy enough with the commissions to keep selling. By finding an established affiliate program, you know that it is successful.Do not get involved with an affiliate program that does not pay you good commissions. You are working hard to sell the products and should be rewarded for doing so.
