The largest social marketing and networking site has added a new feature to its site by making a launch of MySpaceNews which contain formidable news. The downside as fellow online observers would say is that the news were of good content but the number of voters are sometimes low which deters to zero.

Myspace news is still in beta, Myspace is still not giving the full attention on this new development but probably, when the traffic required has been reached.

Most of the reviews have termed it as the digg website rival , but i think that will be too early to say as the digg website is something like the big daddy of social bookmarking . MySpace News is a hybrid between standard news-aggregation sites, such as Google News, and a news-rating site such as Digg Inc. Like Google and other news sites from portals such as Yahoo Inc. and AOL LLC, MySpace News brings in content from a variety of news outlets. But the site also has a Digg-like feature that lets MySpace users rate stories they see on the site, and share stories with other site users.
