Signature Requirements and Spam

I don't think its fair that new forum registrants should have to wait until the have 30 posts before they can have a signature while there are people who come in and just spam links all over the place.

Also the CVV guys should be banned indefinitely because they're making the forum look like a mess.

Fair call, why not bring it to one of the admins attentions or have you?

I was totally unaware of this new policy, when did it take into effect?

Well I think this being the "Feedback section" that one of the admins might see it and respond. When I started posting the policy was already in effect so I'm not sure when they implemented it.

It just doesn't make sense. Why not let people have a signature at signup if there isn't an enforced spam policy?
