Is Co-Branding still effective?

Co-branding is a form of customization, whereby the affiliate program permits you,their affiliate, to "brand" a copy of the landing page on their site, with your logo and/or your site's "look and feel". This method gives your visitors the impression that they are still on your web site which can improve visitor trust in your products and result in increased sales.

Very few merchants offer co-branding nowadays. It's simply too much work for them to approve each and every affiliate's logo graphic.

Hmmm...I think this is seldom employed nowadays or no longer being practiced. Just like what you said, it's too much work for the merchants. My theory was that, people have accepted the fact that resellers or second party agents are now become part of online businesses. So it's no longer important for them to 'co-brand'. I guess, what matters now is quality products or services, safe and secure system.
