Couple things I would like to know is how does one go about to edit his account to include a photo ID?? I have asked this question (plus a couple others), using the 'CONTACT US' link above, over the past week and as yet have not received any reply! Anyone there??

Hi Glenn! I already have welcomed you aboard. I understand that your questions haven't been attended in a timely manner. For that, I'm sure that your support is on its way now. Anyway, I'll try to answer them now. As regards to your account setup, please visit the UserCP tab from where you added your signature. You will find there the Settings and Options Panel. Particulary, click the Edit Profile Picture or the Edit Avatar to integrate your photo. I hope that I was able to help you with your concern Glenn. Again, sorry to have kept you waiting.

In addition to what Manny have said, you have the option to acquire your picture either from your computer or from other websites. Just don't forget to save the changes you made to ensure that your avatar will appear. Have a good stay!

ededed! What alot of response! Thanks to your guys/gals.

OK, I went to the 'Edit Profile Picture' page, I up-loaded (I think) a photo and it showed up under 'Your Current Profile Picture'. But when I posted a message in another area of the forum, no pic showed up!!

So, now I'm posting to another forum and let's see if it shows up now. Time difference; up-loaded the pic about 10 mins ago - maybe there's some kind of an approval delay?

And, it appears that in the forums is the place to ask questions - and I'm sure I'll have more!

PS. SEE! No photo up there??? What am I doing WRONG??

I think I know what the problem is. Let me try to help.

Edit Profile Picture
The photo you uploaded in this area will show up in your profile page. That is, when a member clicks your name (or avatar) in one of your forum posts, he will see your profile (the photo you uploaded, some details about yourself, contact information, your buddy list etc.) Of course, if you didn't input info in the Edit Profile area, nothing will show up.

I think this is what you are unsuccessfully trying to do. An avatar is an image (whether your photo, caricature, favorite fictional character or what-nots... no nudity please!) that appear beside your name when you post in the forums.

There's no time delay once you uploaded your avatar. It will show right away on your posts, whether a new one or your existing posts. That is of course, if you have successfully uploaded it. Anyway, our system is user friendly, it will tell you if you are successful or not. Just keep note of our uploaded images guidelines (100x100 or 19kb filesize).
