The answer to your question is.... whatever one you think is best to promote the merchant's offer.
Just wondering, why would you want to post two links together? One is enough. If you can think of a better phrase for the text link, even better. You can also use the 'your unique link code' to hyperlink related keywords/text in your articles/content.
