Article Marketing has become even more popular recently. I know from personal experience that This is an effective way to get your message to the general public. Here are some reasons to use article marketing.

Interesting....but Article writing more or less confines to general writing instead of an out an out promotion of the product. For example if one is selling herbal product will have to confine himself in writing about the good of herbal over convention medicine instead of full-fledged promotion of the product....are there any websites which allow outright promotion ? Any guidance on the same would be handy

Bragging too much about your product or promoted product on article directories is a no no. You should talk as a professional in that field, having a great article can lead to higher conversions.

Think about quality, not quantity. If your articles are not enticing enough, then your url at the end of the article might not be reached by the reader.

The exact marketing is found at your site, the article is only used as a presell or an intro to your site about what benefits they can get there.

Yes i agree. I have been doing some articles for my program & product. Too early to say massive results but yes the results can be noticed. I am also concentrating on blogs & press releases. They also seen to have long term benefit i believe
