Microsoft Corporation has acquired a European advertising company ScreenTonic, the company caters the mobile industry by its location specific advertisement methods. For the great buy of Microsoft comes also an improvement of their advertising and some of their software divisions, namely the digital advertising solutions and the windows liuve for mobile.
Today Microsoft announced the acquisition of
ScreenTonic, a European mobile advertising company that delivers location-specific ads to mobile devices. The purchase will tie together Microsoft's Digital Advertising Solutions and Microsoft's Windows Live for Mobile. From the press release,
The benefits would all go now for Microsoft, as they are also on the process developing their home mobile gadget merging system as what Apple computer was already doing using the Iphone and the smart home. This also gives an eye-opener about the entrance of Microsoft into the European market.
