I have a question! Under the "My Programs" section of my back office it has a EPC/USD column with the numbers 76.32. On my main affiliate page it shows 13 clicks but no sales or commissions! How can I have no sales or commissions but have numbers in my Earnings Per Click column?

Hi Alan

Let me try to explain. EPC will appear on 2 places.

1. Under My Programs - usually the column is between Programs and Commissions columns. This one represent the EPC for the affiliate program. So what I believe the 76.32 you are seeing represents the affiliate program EPC

2. Performance report - located on the right column which represents individual EPC. Since you are getting 13 clicks and 0 sales, your EPC should be zero.
