Try setting up Google Alerts so that Google will notify you when someone on the Internet mentions your company name. Also, try to monitor places where your customers gather so that you can respond fast to any claims made by people.

Good advice over there. Just take a couple of minutes to set it up. At least you will know when someone mentioning about you.
