I've been wondering, what exactly is the difference between Article and Blog? Which is more profitable? Please tell me.

A blog organizes information by time whereas an article based website organizes information by content into information structures by categories. Article readers also expect a complete work. Most content based websites can be represented in a blog format or an article based format. The major difference lies in the expectations that each format brings about. Understand your target audience, and make a choice that will work best for them.

An article is a piece of information in tesxt form. It can be posted on your blog, website or an article directory

You can do article marketing which involves submitting articles written by you to article directories [more info at article marketing tips] but You really should either have your own blog or website. Tips on how to build a blog here
