Spam without even actually spamming anytihng

If you have joined the various social networking websites like orkut and hi5 , you must have seen people there that have the name of the website that they are promoting as their screen name and then they try to get into all the communities and discussions and chat without violating the rules of the groups also . I think these people are real smart ones as they are still making people see their link at the same time , getting seen by posting a lot without spamming . What do you guys say ?

Then by mixing/posting with the targeted audience.. surely they'll notice the link and click it.. thus there's an even higher conversion rate.. am i right?

Most of the database poisoning email tend to be classified in Not Sure category. I suggest that you delete them instead of classifying them as spam. However it still requires that we spend some time for it which is what I don’t like.
