That's only possible if there were ads in every video page and that advertising a paying per impression. Which isn't happening... yet? Why doesn't google just get with it. They can easily calculate how much it cost to stream each video (which should be extremely cheap) and set a price per impression. Ofcourse, they could also outsource the opportunity to other marketing agencies to resell the space. Kinda like distributorship of youtube advertising. Wouldn't that be great.
