How Does A Paid Survey Work?

Survey companies send invitations to your email address whenever a new survey is ready. You just follow the link provided and answer the questions about the product or service. Some surveys will take more time to complete than others. One survey you get may have only one or two short questions and pay ten to seventy-five cents. While another survey may take you about thirty minutes to complete and pay you $10.00.

Your earnings will be added to your account balance. When your earnings reach the payment level you will then be able to request your payment. The Payout level for most survey companies is usually $10.00 but may vary with different survey sites.

Many survey companies will also send you products to your home for you to try out. A week or two after you recieve the product they will pay you to do a survey about your opinions to the product. I can't promise you that you'll become wealthy with paid surveys or that you will be able to make a full-time living from them, but if you need to earn consistent extra cash paid surveys can certainly give you that. Paid surveys require very little of your time and you only need to do the ones that you want to.

For Affiliates, Opinion Outpost offers $1.00 just for a referred lead. Its all that simple.

There are many reputable online survey companies that will actually pay for your opinion. However you should never "pay" a company to match you up with a "free survey companies".

There are several reputable companies that can be found by conducting an online search, and Opinion Outpost, mentoned in the previous post, is one of them.

I'm not sure if the others have affiliate programs or not, but they probably do. A few of the good ones are Survey Spot and Greenfield Online. Does anyone know if they have an affiliate program?

While it does sound tempting, I must respectfully disagree with you since I’ve only heard mostly bad things about paid surveys. “Oldest scam in the book” comes to mind, lol. I guess there are some respectable companies that do this, but you have to beware because most of them hardly ever pay you what they promise.

And always try to find out what the demographic requirements are. Real surveys are aimed at specific locations, so if it’s legit they should ask the participant to fill out a pre-survey just to make sure.

Nice comment Falcon. Well, of course, we have to take note that not only paid-surveys have scams but then, a piece of advice, never ever give out money, in case they ask you to pay, that's for sure is a scam. BTW, have you tried OpinionOutpost? If they don't pay you, I will pay, lol.

Paid surveys get a bad name. Of course there is going to be scams in the bunch. That's the nature of the internet. Legit Survey companies and Offer type sites get a bad name because of this, though. GlobalTestMarket, Greenfield, PineCone, Opinion Outpost and so many others are top notch companies. There are also great offer/survey type sites like Treasure Trooper that are also perfectly honest. All it takes is a little research on the users part and they can find the best ones and weed out the scams. As a matter of fact, the place that helped me out a huge amount when I first got started about a years ago was http://www.surveyquickcash.com/moneymakers.html. Stuff like this is all you need to get a feel for what to look for and how it has worked for others.

As not all offline business are scams, similar goes with the world. However, you ned to do researching to find out as to how good they are.

By the way, there are really some good online surveys just as the expre$$PAIDSURVEYS.com, surveyscout, Survey Adventure (full of paid surveys), Paid Surveys Online (among the oldest and largest online survey companies) and others.

Thus, you can make money with them by spending a hour or so per day.

Some of them pay in rewards and some pay in cash. The amounts paid for surveys are typically based on the amount of time and the complexity of each survey. A good rule of thumb for finding "legitimate" survey sites is to avoid sites that charge you to sign up and get paid for surveys. You can rest assured you are not being scammed if the site is free to join and take surveys.
