Default Is it wise to outsource affiliate business?

There are loads of work to be done to be successful in your affiliate business.

And as your business grows, it may be superhuman to personally answer all the emails/queries, attract more traffic, advertise in forum, signature and email campaigns, create newsletter, manage your email list, etc (not to mention your duties and responsibilities for your family at home)

Many affiliate marketers love to think that they are managing a business. Yet if you analyze their situation you'll find that they're really hardly better than well-paid wage slaves with all the work they do on their own.

I am not saying that you need to hire an employee right away. No...what I am suggesting is that eventually you may want or need to delegate some of the jobs/task that you are doing. Say, you may ask your wife or partner to help you handle the email campaign, or a friend who has web designing skills to design some pages for you or a forum buddy to put on a signature campaign for you.

Eventually, as your business grows you can build a team of helpers who have skills you don't have and they can do tasks you don't enjoy or tasks you don't know how to do.

It may involve some extra expenses but it may be one of the really important factors in jumpstarting your affiliate business as well as give you a comfortable lifestyle.

Maybe some of us in the forum can share how they gain momentum from the act of delegating/outsourcing......

Ouch! Considering that prospective affiliates (especially those who do not have much knowledge in Affiliate Marketing) will definitely take much of your time responding to their concerns. But of course, it takes time to do this, then again, outsourcing would come in.

If you plan to make your affiliate business grow, then definitely you need to get some help. You can run a one-man-show for a while but eventually, you need to hire some people when there's too much to handle. It would be a loss to overlook potential business opportunities because you were to busy with other matters. Delegating work to others or even outsourcing doesn't mean you can't handle the pressure, it simply means that your business is growing.

Thumbs up

Expanding business is a good sign of having a wide range of potential customers/clients. I agree with Annie, in hiring more staffs to distribute certain tasks evenly so they can focus on their job and be an effective person. If more people are involved, you can come up with great ideas and suggestions.

Well, let's put it this way. Merchants who are outsourcing their affiliate programs to AffiliateBOT is seeing a definite increase in affiliate sales. So, in the end why not? I say, just concentrate on you core business and outsource your affiliate marketing to the network that knows what they are doing.

Certainly a wise idea , provided your affiliate business is doing well . In the beginning you can definitely do well yourself by taking help from online sources . But eventually for a bigger business you will need some managers . Outsourcing is a better idea to find some people at lower costs and also more skills .
