Google Bought DoubleClick

Last Friday, it was announced by Google that it would buy big advertising firm DoubleClick for 3.1 billion dollars.

They will combine their ad management expertise and technology for a better advertising platform.

DoubleClick will have to benefit more from this purchase, but remember that DoubleClick owns (owned) Performics.

Will this affect Performics network? Sure enough...but how?
