Default Hi

I guess I should introduce myself. My name is Dennis, but on the internet I go by Yilduz. Yilduz was the name of a D&D character I made and he was such a great character, it became my internet alias. I live in Wisconsin right now, but am currently from Michigan and plan on moving out west some time soon (probably Oregon, maybe Nevada, possibly anywhere else). I work at a home improvement store named Menards (only people from the northern midwest will likely know the name) but I eventually want a career in networking, internet or computers in general.

As far as my websites go, I'm currently learning php and mysql. There is still a decent amount of Javascript I don't know and still have to finish on that, but I know enough of all of those to create simple websites. I kind of jumped into domaining too quickly and even though I know I don't know enough yet, I still keep buying domains. It's hard not to sometimes, even though I know they aren't worth much at all. I have around 40 domains and not enough time to develop them all.

My homepage is yilduz.com. It's just a place where I've intended to keep everything for me. All the information I want to keep, and also to display for certain people, is stored there. It's also a guinea-pig site for me to learn coding on.

My current projects are -PaganDruid.com, a site i'm making for my girlfriend. She is really into herbalism, organic foods, nature, and all of that. We were looking through one of those sites that suggest domains based on keywords submitted and it threw that one at us, she loved it so I grabbed it.
-CloseTags.com, a coding tutorial site I'm creating. I was told that "the second best way to learn it by doing. The best way is by teaching" so I figured a coding tutorial site would help me improve my skills.
-[url=http://www.CyberNe.ws]CyberNews[url], no, not the .com. It's actually a domain hack, CyberNe.ws. I saw a lot of people buying and selling them so I wanted one. I regged this one and hopefully it'll become one of my larger projects.
-Scammed.me, my first .me domain. The day open registration started, Godaddy made me believe I registered Just.me and Why.me. They later sent me an e-mail saying I didn't get them and that they were on the auction block (Just.me is currently on auction for over $6,000). That was my last attempt to register anything at Godaddy.
-Neuter.me, a site I just recently registered because I thought it was funny. Shortly after registration, many people were telling me it's funny but worthless so I was thinking of dropping it within the grace period. I kept telling people about it thinking someone would have an idea for it and convince me to keep it. Someone said it's so funny, I should just make it into a joke site - so that's what I'm going to do.

There are several others, but I won't list them all. As I said, I kind of jumped into all of this very quickly and have too many projects at once.

I came here for help on free-banners, but I started looking around in other threads. I figured this was a good place to stay so decided to introduce myself. Sorry if it was long.
