McCain suspends his campaign. Avoids the debate and produced 'nothing' to show for in his 'suspension' effort. Lot's of negative thoughts and critical opinions regarding such a fruitless and useless move.

McCain decided that comedy wasn't something he wanted to associate with and McCain canceled his appearance on David Letterman's show in which David Letterman proceeded to complain about how a veteran hero is doing something fishy. Giving up? Lying to his face about flying to Washington? Crater indeed.

If you checkout some of the youtube comments, there are some who thinks that the democratic process isn't as important to John McCain as helping to bailout his 'buddies, campaign contributors'.

This is highly damaging material. A full length documentary filled with references and facts, video material, historical documents, etc. Now compare that to Palin's 'Palling with terrorists' accusations against Obama.

King of smooth talk. Bill Clinton's the true presidential celebrity. And though his 'mistake' got him kicked out and labeled not fit to lead, he's still loved, still has a mob of loyal fans.

Obama is currently 14 points ahead in the recent polls. McCain's negative ads have backfired and labeled him to be doing more in negative attacks than to provide solutions to address the economy.

If Bush previously when running against him, smeared his reputation, labeling him as crazy and unsound, going on the negative makes his image look even crazier. He has this 'angry' and 'confused' image that doesn't look good for his campaign.

All these optical scanning machines, missing ballots, programming errors, intimidation, polling place issues, voter registration problems and what not. It seems there was flyer being distributed to discourage voter turnout in Philadelphia, that incorrectly says that voters with outstanding warrants or unpaid parking tickets will be arrested.

It had to happen. Collin Powell with his wealth of experience has endorsed Obama. It is also no wonder that he has declared Sarah Palin, unfit to be a vice president. If anyone should know, it would be Collin Powell after serving so many presidents. Large rallies, large donation totals, all indicate a surge of growing support for Obama. In regards to Obama being branded a soededededededt by McCain, it has affected the polls abit, dropping the lead margin to 3 points. Soededededededt or giving people opportunity?

Watch out for Internet Strategies used for suppressing votes.

1. Big Phony websites that looks legitimate. Visit official sites like www.barackobama.com for valid info.
   
2. Even then, it might not be reliable as your 'hosting' company or some trojan spyware in your computer might redirect you to fake sites. Make sure your computer is clean.
   
3. Also, official sites and official phone numbers to call for voting info might be overloaded by fake calls and huge traffic, aimed at jamming the site or number. Denying voters from accessing the necessary info. Some people might think, "I don't need to know the address of the voting location, I'll just give a call on that day or check online in the morning of Nov 4" only to find that the info is unaccessible.
   
4. Expect fake phone calls. Political operatives making phone blasts to tens of thousands of voters, confusing them of voting locations. Wonders of cheap VOIP and internet tools.
   
5. If you see political ads that seems offensive to you and turn you off from voting for him, consider that they may be 'fake' ads. Political fake ads may have taglines like 'Spread the wealth around, tax the rich' in an Obama 'ad' or 'I vouch for Palin's experience' in a McCain 'ad'.

I wonder if there's anymore gorgeous celebrities stepping up to promote their presidential candidate, I mean Obama.

Palin's $150,000 wardrobe has caught the attention of the media and gives an image of overspending or at the very least, poor judgement. At the other end, some might see that as corruption, using campaign funds to buy expensive stuff for oneself.

All of this could have been easily avoided, but it seems that heavy investments to improve Palin's image is necessary. McCain and his mansions, Palin and her clothes? Are we being too judgemental, or does buying $150,000 of donor's money seem abit excessive in the face of economic challenges?

Obama wins. Barack Obama is the new US president. The first African American President in the United States of America. Projected to win projected to win 338 electoral votes to McCain's 129, he's already crossed the 270 electoral votes needed. Obama changed history with the help of the American people. The nation has spoken, clearly.

Obama's victory speech: "If there is anyone out here who still doubts America is a place where all things are possible, who still questions the power of our democracy. Tonight is your answer."

• Some concerns now is how to protect him effectively. His skin color requires his personal bodyguards to match it, etc.
• Rahm Emanuel has been chosen as Obama's chief of staff. Pro-Israel and a straight talker.

Did you know that Google CEO Eric Schmidt rejected a technology post in President Obama's cabinet He's not even interested. Saying that he loves working for Google to much. Well, considering that the cabinet job involves promoting innovation, creating open governments, and spreading broadband, isn't that too good to pass off in introducing more of google into the everyday lives of the entire nation?

Ofcourse, it doesn't pay as well. Plus inexperienced in bureaucracy and politics.
