Default Choosing the keyword

Make sure you optimize for right keyword because the success of your website in search engines depends on it.

Avoid choosing high competive keywords such as dating, movies, etc.
Search "Dating" in Google will reveal a million websites or more

So , if you optimize for high competive keywords you won't get any traffic from search engines. so better optimize for less competitive keywords and after your website is indexed by search engines, go in for much more competitive words

Exactly , this tip i got when I was starting an adwords campaign , the competitive keywords are required to have you give more money because to even let them be seen somewhere . this means that if you are having a keyword like download , there are probably millions of people wanting to show their ads with that keyword .
