Is there such a thing as membership in affiliate marketing?

I am wondering if there is a professional membership or organization for affiliate marketeer. This sounds to be a good concept as this will provide a sort regulatory body to supervise this growing industry.

As an affiliate, do you think this is a sound idea? I think it is!

Yes , It does sound a great idea . I had joined a affiliate program offline a few years back and it had this membership for all the associates . It was really a beneficial idea as the associates at different places were connected through it .
Also the fact that the members are offered somethings in services like small services only , that adds to the relation with the company .Plus the membership also confirms that you have a work and responsibility and you are more connected with the work and colleagues .

Sounds good to me! As a newbie in this field, I need to network with my fellow associates. We can probably exchange notes...they can learn from me and I can learn from them!

Hi zul, yeah I've just checked on Wealthy Affiliate. I was wondering, why does an affiliate pay a monthly fee of US$29.99? Anyway, it's really cool because of the support (one-on-one) and all these templates on marketing. Comparatively, it's not that I like AffiliateBOT, but basically, AffiliateBOT gives us, affiliates, the same resources and tools, but no charge at all. Thanks AffiliateBOT.

nope.. it's not an affiliate program.
it's like what it says.. an Internet Marketing University.

That's where I learnt all the stuffs about PPC, article marketing, landing pages, SEO, finding niche, email marketing, build opt-in list, meet some more IM peers, learn from other Intermediate to Advanced IMs and even met those powerful IMs such as Kyle, Carson, Travis etc..

It's the best $29.90 I ever spent.
