Has anyone heard of "White Mail" and how it actually works?

"White mail" is any written correspondence from a customer that does not contain an order; like requests for more info, requests for refunds, inquiries from BBBs and government agencies, etc.

I hope I have given you some insights on how it actually works.

Actually I heard it for the first time only .I jsut searched a definition and the only thing is got is -

Mailed responses that don't not make use of any reply devices included with the original mailout.
