In everything that we do, HAPPINESS is what's most important. For as long as your happy with what your doing, everything will eventually follow.
Happiness is what motivates me the most in whatever I do. Monetary reward is just secondary on priority list. |

To be very honest with you, the thing that motivates me the most at work are the people I closely work with.
Simply. I cannot work with jerks! ![]()

If happiness, high monetary pays and good co-workers are all in the same workplace...dude! that's close to heaven...lOl! But honestly, interest and happiness are really the main points that would make you stay in a job.

The top performers in their respective jobs can get themselves motivated and inspired as exactly when they need to. Those achievers can go from feeling despondent to the extent of feeling unstoppable almost immediately, if necessary. The most efficient people can get focused in seconds when they have to. What is essential here is to bring out your A+ game no matter what your work is.

What motivates me to work? Hmmm, nice topic, huh? Well, for as long as I am considered in the decision-making processes, my works are acknowledged, and lastly, the work-force I work with.

Achievement-oriented people like challenging tasks, clear goals, and specific measures of success. They tend to prefer “project” jobs, in which tasks have a clear beginning and end, rather than “process” jobs, in which the work is continuous and ongoing. They want to be recognized for their accomplishments and like working for a manager who appreciates their abilities. Opportunities for ongoing skill development are important to them.
