The first thing I would do is to reduce your picture at the top of the page. At least by half. And remove all those boxes, perhaps turn it into a clearer color scheme. A site with too much graphics will not grow.

I don't understand the words but, its good that your adsense ads blend with your site, with no borders, etc. Making it look like the content in it is part of your site's content/links (visitors won't initially turn a blind eye to it).
