Now everything is said to be new under the sun. Watchathink?

I guess so... Cause even if several things are not yet being materialized, still men's starting to think of them.Ideas and thoughts are things under process that will eventually come into life.

Well , I dont really agree with this as I dont think there were computers before and they were a new thing when they came, not that they were before also and they just got a new rebirth somewhere ,
even every day is a new day so , how can it be that nothing is new under the sun .

Nothing is impossible. There was a time when technology such as a video phone was a far fetch from reality. But now, it's as common as your regular telephone. Hats off to all of the innovators who make our life easier by coming up with all of these new technologies. But it's the great inventors of the early times we should give due credit to. Innovation is improving something that already exists but invention is coming up with something out of thin air. Think of the greats like Leonardo da Vinci or Benjamin Franklin, they didn't have the hundreds of years worth of knowledge at their fingertips.

I think change is everything and it is unstoppable . It will continue to happen as when it stops the world also stops . During times of change understanding true leadership is important. You need the skills of your people, that’s for sure, but oftentimes you make changes that render the current skills useless.during times of change you tend to lose their hearts, their passion because everything is different. To succeed at change when everything is confusing, leaders must engage the passion in their followers by engaging the whole person.
