I've got a blog article out regarding brain health and did more research and found some games that really challenges the brain and give it a really good workout.

Play some mind challenging games for the first time and you'll be surprised at how hard it can be. Why it could be even harder that studying for a final exam for your degree. Yet many gamers breeze through these mind challenges like it was nothing, without using walkthroughs, as they piece together various clues to come up with a workable solution.
