Any good Traffic Exchange experience?

I wonder if any of you had some noticeable TE experience to share.

Assuming direct sales promotion is a waste of time, what kind of response should i expect using it for list building through a decent opt-in page?

I have used a few traffic exchanges. They do seem to be good at getting signups -- at least to other traffic exchanges! If you keep at it then you can develop such a huge number of hits that you'd have to find some success with other programs.

I'd say one of the best is Easyhits4U. If you upgrade they put random referrals into your downline. The members are active and enthusiastic, so you should get some downline growth on its own, too.
