Default PPC Scam? BigReds sue Yahoo/Overture
BigReds.com, which is a collectibles site is giving Yahoo more troubles by filing suit against Yahoo for click fraud. Yahoo bought Overture and inherited this problem. They acknowledged that it was Overture's affiliates that frauded the merchant BigReds.com but want Yahoo not only to reimburse the money but to pay for punitive damage claims of over $614,000.

This is what happens all the time with PPC Ads. You can't detect the fraud intime before the professional scammers scam you with a ton of money.
