No, I don't believe so. However, I think you can refer members to clickbank.

Clickbank is mainly a one tier. Say, you got something you're interested to sell in clickbank? Maybe start a ebook or something? A two tier affiliate program would be appealing for merchants especially when you've got a good product.

Smile Two Tier Affiliate Programs

Hi,

unfortunately Clickbank is not enabling two-tier.

PDC (Paydotcom) was intending to, but they rely on Paypal as payment processor and Paypal does not allow multiply tier levels.

So they still have the possibility in the program, but had to disable it for the time being.

For two-tier at this point you would have to start your own affiliate program, but this has much more disadvantages than advantages.

Are you looking to promote a product as the product vendor?

All The Best,
Marcel

Clickbank doesn't currently, nor does it ever as I've heard, plan to have a mult-tiered system. It is up to the merchants themselves to pull in affiliates, and as the affiliates join they spread to other products as well. I'm a huge fan of CB both as an affiliate and a merchant.
