What's important is RELEVANCE.
If your adcopy is not RELEVANT to the keyword, you'll get google SLAPPED.
Such as:
1. A ridiculous min price bid for a keyword.. $10 a click?? WTF???
And.. if your adcopy is not RELEVANT enough..
You'll be paying a lot more (such as $1/click!!!) but still get a very low positioning in the ads
