blogs have the ‘no follow’ link disabled from the comments, which means that if you comment on these sites, you will get an actual link.

Do follow sites/blogs have their 'no follow' link disabled from comments. So when you comment on these sites your get a real link to your site.

Some might consider these list to be 'golden opportunities' to do blog spamming, which is a no no since if the web publisher get's peeved, they'll activate the 'no follow'.

What other repercussions are there with blog spamming?

All comments will become moderated. Most big sites do due to the overwhelming amount of spam they must get.

For the new blog I am developing currently I will definitely use the nofollow option and moderate comments, because of all the spam you get otherwise.
