Search engines look better when they're personlized. Check out all the latest new year themes from AOL, Dogpile, Google, Ask, Yahoo.

The most appealing design has got to be from Ask.com with their balloon designs.

Is the effort to personalize your site design for the seasons worth the benefits? And if so, what are the benefits?
