Affiliate Bot Agreement

Hello,
I am considering joining AffiliateBot as a Merchant. I was sent contract information, but what concerned me is that there is no physical address or telephone number for this organization listed on any of the contract information. I hate to be giving my credit card info to someone I can only reach by e-mail. I have sent a couple of e-mails asking about this, but no one has responded. Has anyone lse had this concern.
