It indeed doesn't look like a real claim. If you search for "powered by ...script creator" you will see several sites using his setup but it's all the same duplicate content and no uniqueness to it so I can't inmagine that it's pulling in the hundreds of thousands of visitors each month he is claiming. and that within 6 months.
