I was just wondering, if your site is available in RSS and people can read it off iGoogle or a similar reader, does it count as a visit? If it doesn't, then it would harm your alexa rankings right?

which is why you configure your rss feed to only display PARTIAL content, with the link like 'Read More' for users to visit the site directly. I'd want my readers/feed subscribers to just read my article title, a few intro content so that they can quickly just browse through all my new articles and a quick idea of what it's about.
