Data feeds sites
Data feed sites are automated online stores with scripts built in to automatically pull product information from the merchant’’s database. They are automatically encoded with an affiliate's link. The main focus of the affiliate therefore is to drive lots of traffic to these sites.
Product price, description, etc is automatically displayed and positioned. By using the scripts and templates, it can feature as many pages as the number of products in the data feed.
For merchants, it allows affiliates to build online stores to sell their products. It's like opening franchises. Only it costs little and takes much less effort because most of the work is automated.
