Web Copyright
It is the main problem today that online publishers are viable into infringement
and copying whatever it is, copyright rules stated into several countries laws are still implemented and could be updated into some of our internet laws. The US Copyright Act still covers a lot of intellectual property concerns even technological issues. Either written content published online, music files, text files, images etc.
The publisher or the designer owns the rights for these files, so copying and infringement is prohibited. Copyrights are violated when other people's work, or design was copied without giving prior credit to the creator.
Here are some steps in protecting your site from Copyright violations:
1. One thing is registering a license of your website for all of its content.
2. Clearly defining some copyright symbols in your site as to sending a message to your web visitors, that your site is protected.
3. Placing a link title with the proper url of the terms and conditions of your site and your respective country also.
4. It is also suggested to make a restricted area in your site which the moderators and webmasters could have access.
If you know your rights and fight for them, you are full protected from copyright infringement.
