Ultrawebsitehosting reversed my commisions but my customers didint cancel.

Hello Kim,
The reversal that occurred under your account was for a self-referred signup under your name. Accounts that are signed up under your name are not qualified as a referral as you are only signing up yourself. The referred client must sign up and order a hosting plan under their name. This is also stated in our terms and conditions. We have contacted David Tan regarding including self-referrals as an available option for reversals five days ago. I show two accounts both under your name and I have confirmed the mail servers received and accepted the welcome email which includes your details. Because a signed account is a Yahoo email addresses and Yahoo likes to dump HTML emails into the junk/bulk mail folder, please be sure to add our billing email address to your address book. To do so go to Contacts, Add Contact, enter our email address and click save. In the case you have accidentally deleted the email, let us know and we can resend it for you again. If you would like additional information regarding this issue please contact us through our affiliate account and I will be happy to help you out. Quote:

Hello Kim,
Absolutely! We accept checks and money orders as well. As long as your affiliate link is clicked you will be fine. With offline payments, payment must be received and cleared before we can authorize the commission completely. Quote:
