For yahoo to be feature-friendly of competitor's ads, it's gonna help yahoo users to receive the best and most relevant results.

This tactic which is different from google's feature-unfriendly competitor's videos will only have a significant impact in the long-run.

Will yahoo continue with it's feature-friendliness? What if video ads start to make a prominence in the cut-throat advertising industry? What then? Will yahoo persists in helping out the likes of google in getting more viewers for their ads?

Ofcourse, it makes google look like a stuck-up kid who goes around bragging that it's the best and that users don't have to rely on other search engines and other video sites for their videos searches. Subliminal messages? And does being hostile towards competitors, gets more users hooked on google's sites and in the long run, through mindless and repetitive usage, brand loyalty? Is it better to manipulate users into being loyal than through providing higher quality service?

Yes, the new improved Yahoo search is great. Very smart of them to integrate all their components into the search platform. Google got some catching up to do.

A search platform that is a blend of ads, sites, video, suggestions, etc. The effort to bombard as many relevant info as possible our way.

How different things are in this modern age. It use to be that we need personal secretarieS to do multiple task and to juggle loads of info at the same time, but we're slowly trained to absorb and to process different info at the same time.

Looking at your computer screen, it's got the time, web browser, IM, outlook and who knows what else. And you know what, it's only gonna get more cluttered when video and voice communication over the computer/internet becomes a norm. More automated processes, alerts, trackings, communication, live info, etc.

Welcome to a competitive world, where people do more and more at less and less time just to keep up with one another. You fight harder to keep what you already have and a whole lot more to get a bit more.
