Use datafeed to promote targeted products on promotion

Merchants from time to time will feature some of their products for sale or promotion. They could easily have alot of products on discount, BUT didn't create coupons for each product.

If you are an affiliate and you signed up for some merchant's affiliate program, check out their sites from time to time to see what promotions they are offering.

Then, IF they have a DATAFEED, get the affiliate link of the page that feature these promotions and make your own text/banner link to place on your website.

Featuring targeted products with discounted prices is always better than a generic text/banner link from a merchant. Example:-

Merchant may provide you with text links like:-
"Buy from TestShop, we offer 5000 pda products"

But if they discounted some products, it would be more effective to create links like:-
"iPhone available at 40% discount! Limited time only"

It requires a bit more work, but it's worth it to generate higher sales.
