Bragging too much about your product or promoted product on article directories is a no no. You should talk as a professional in that field, having a great article can lead to higher conversions.
Think about quality, not quantity. If your articles are not enticing enough, then your url at the end of the article might not be reached by the reader.
The exact marketing is found at your site, the article is only used as a presell or an intro to your site about what benefits they can get there.
