Structure to provide banners to affiliates

What's your strategy or structure in providing banners to affiliates?

Example:
8 sets of different size banners for each top 3 best seller products.
An additional 8 sets of different size banners that features company's top two unique selling point.
An additional 8 sets of different size banners for coupons and featuring promotions.

Total banners (8x3)+8+8=40 banners
