To enhance its Play Station 3 game console, Sony Inc. plans to announce new online capabilities for it, meant to draw gamers into Sony’s cyberspace community and allow them to share entertainment content they have created, à la YouTube.

I can already hear my son - cheering! More functionalities to his gaming experience...mine as well

Watch out microsoft! Sony is up-ping the ante on this. So, does sony plan to launch an affiliate program on this? Perhaps they'll choose AffiliateBOT's platform? *wishes*

It does sound like Sony is taking it a lot further then any other gaming console ever has. I do think a lot people will use it and even more people will switch and buy a Playstation so they can be part of it, cause everyone else is!

I also think there is going to be some sort of affiliate program set up by them.

Well , One thing is that its good to add and advance in a field where you are the masters so that eventually you add up to little competition and hence a greater relaxation . Sony has been doing really well in the PSP gaming section and does need to advance that time to time . Like when you are the best in something , you should stay the best in that thing .

I was never a fan of playstation, perhaps it has surpassed me...nonetheless, sony is much serious on this one!

But one thing that remains bad with technology these days is that it is rapidly changing and it is hard to keep up .
Now see , if a playstation upgrade is there , you just can't throw out the old one .Not everyone will be anting to do so , atleast not me , only if I had the money to burn , I would be interested in all tech upgrades .
