For your start up, make sure you plan out your video podcast and you will also need to set up a software. Recording, editing and uploading will then follow before distributing your video podcast to podcast directories such as Podcast Alley or to iTunes Podcast directory.

Just a piece of advice before making your move into Video Podcasting, remember not to use copyrighted material in any of your video podcast. You should also have to be extra careful with video and audio clips to make sure you are not violating any laws regarding copyright.

well most of the material we see in videos is always copyrighted and no one cares for the fact that it is illegal as it is till now meant that you do not get caught on the web and there are many ways to fool it .
But there is a great use for it in education .Video podcasts enable students and teachers to share information with anyone anytime. If a student is absent, they can download the podcast of the recorded lesson. It can be a tool for teachers or administrators to communicate curriculum, assignments and other information with parents and the community. So i think it helps here ,
