Default HELP! My links have been hijacked!

I started a few blogs with affiliate products a couple months back and was wondering why I hadn't made any sales with them. After downloading some software to cloak my links, I realized that some 'Ba%&=$d' was hijacking my links!! I realize this is my fault for not doing proper research and forseeing the problem, but there's still another problem. When I click to the target site the hoplink is still in tact in my browser, but when I click in to register or do anything to make the purchase (like my referred customer would), suddenly a new page with a different hoplink appears in my browser and I don't know what to do. What else do I need to do to assure my referrals?

Anyone wishing to help please visit: http://auctionland.blogspot.com I Would be forever grateful!!

Thank you in advance.

Moral: There's always someone smarter and faster than you out there.

Hi Yourup,

Yeah, I visited your site. Normally, problems lie in the Affiliate Network itself. I was wondering as to which network you have joined in. As you might have been very aware of, in considering an Affiliate Network, one should be parasite free. These parasites will try to corrupt the hard-earned commissions of the affiliates by hijacking the info that you have registered or hijacking the transactions that you have incurred by redirecting the links that you have set up. In light with this, I wish to let you know that at AffiliateBOT, we take care of your hard earned money by continuously maintaining a 100% Parasite-free network. And of course, not to mention our affiliate support is always standing by to resolve your problems anytime.

I'm with Clickbank in that site. Did you get the same problem when clicking through to the payment page, or not? I think that after cloaking the link, the problem has been solved for now although in my PC I still get a new page popping up sometimes with another hoplink and leaving mine in the backround, but maybe that's a local problem on my PC. I'm using a spyware program which should filter it out.

Thanks for your help!
