Some of the things I detest are:
1. The web site does not present a clear depiction of who they are and where they are located.
2. A clear representation on how to contact them.
3. A lack of response when a contact form is initiated as that is typically the only means of contact if they are hiding traditional methods such as snail mail, phone and e-mail.
