Making sure your clients can find you

Please be accessible to both your clients who enjoy your website and advertisers who want to give you money.

I'm sure this is not something new and it might even sound simple enough request as it should be a part of your job as an affiliate.

However, it does pay you back income by being accessible either by phone, email or IM.

I believe the more channels you are available on, the more business you will generate for the long term.

List your contact details. All of them.

Right now I have SIX clients wanting to work with a certain affiliate script program to run their inhouse programs.

Guess what - one of my current clients has a problem/conflict with the script and I have spent two weeks emailing back and forth. I have even asked for a phone number to call. Nonumber provided. I don't have time to pass emails back and forth for two days.

If you can't provide a real person for me to call then I will take my SIX and growing client list somewhere else.

My phone number is clearly listed on EVERY page of my blog and business website.

When I have my credit card in my hand I wish to make a payment NOW. If I have a question I need to be able to call you List your phone number people!

Yea sometimes I'm surprised to find out how my clients have found me. Make sure you put your email and phone on your promotional pages, ads, and more. You never know when a new client will come through.
